I began my sculpting career in the UK. as a British artist and designer. I learned every aspect of bronze casting, made my own bronzes from start to finish, and quickly built a national reputation, winning awards, having solo shows and selling over seventy pieces in a few short years. After a career break, I started sculpting again in 2013, this time inspired by the American Southwest of desert Arizona, where I have made my second home.
Since 2013 I have been accepted into a number of shows including the Mountain Oyster Club Art Show & Sale in Tucson (2015), the American Women Artists Online Juried Show (2015 and 2016), the Glendale Arts Council 2015/16 Juried Show where I took first prize for sculpture, and the Society of Women Artists 2016 Exhibition at The Mall Galleries in London.
My Interactive sculptures allow you to change the work's look by re-arranging the parts, like 'The Guardian'. 'Pecan Puzzler’ and 'Peanut Puzzler' are like beautiful puzzles. 'Lady Slipper Treats' and my dancers are exploring shapes and movement. I am also inspired by wildlife as in 'The Opportunist', and horses as in 'The Joy of Life' and ‘Another Day to Play’.
